Date Night Wheel Throw

About this experience

Grab your bestie or your better half for a two hour fun filled session of throwing clay on the wheel.

This class is ideal for folks with zero experience who want to try the wheel to see if they like it before taking on a four week class to learn all the tricks. The wheel can be a tricky one to learn so you're unlikely to master it in just one session - but damn you'll have fun in the process!

This session includes approximately 15 minutes of studio introduction, 90 minutes of wheel time and 15 for cleaning up your wheel at the end of your class. 

Tickets are sold as a pair and cannot be purchased individually.

Cost: $170 for two 

What's included:
- Use of equipment
- Glazes
- Firing of one final item per a person made during class (extra items can be finished for $15 per a piece)

This class is held at our Taren Point studio.

What to bring:
- Old clothes you don’t love and shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty
- A light beverage or two and any cups you may need to consume them. 

Class sizes are strictly limited (sorry, you must be over 18 years to attend)

DUE TO STORAGE LIMITATIONS WE CANNOT STORE WORK FOR LONGER THAN 4 MONTHS AFTER YOUR CLASS DATE. WORK THAT IS NOT COLLECTED WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD WILL BE DONATED.

This class requires a minimum of 4 enrolled people (2 tickets) to meet the required booking minimum for the class to go ahead. In the advent that we do not meet these minimums participants will be notified no later than the morning of the class. Part Time Ceramics reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time.
